Puget Sound Fridays on the Virtual Hill: June 19

Every spring, advocates from around Puget Sound head to Washington, DC to discuss the importance of recovering America’s largest estuary. This year is a little different, but means more folks can participate! Puget Sound Partnership and the Northwest Indian Fisheries Commission are hosting virtual “Puget Sound Days on the Hill” on Fridays this summer in lieu of the in-person event.

Join us for the next session on Friday, June 19. We’ll discuss stimulus funding, Puget Sound restoration and protection, salmon recovery, and the powerful economic benefits of ecological restoration projects with Representatives Suzan DelBene, Dr. Kim Schrier and Pramila Jayapal

Each member of Congress will speak for about 25 minutes and answer moderated questions. Participants will be invited to submit questions in advance through a separate link when registering.

Advanced registration for each event is required and will close at 1 p.m. Pacific Time the day before the event.

Visit the Puget Sound Partnership’s Days on the Hill page for more information.
