Jolly Mountain Tree Planting Event

Join a large group of volunteers and staff to photograph the planting of over 1000 trees near the site of the Jolly Mountain Fire in Cle Elum. Images needed of volunteers and staff planting as well as before and after images of the landscape.

"The Jolly Mountain fire swept through the Teanaway Community Forest and the Conservancy managed lands near Cle Elum leaving 1800 acres of Conservancy forest land burned. We have *just* acquired 1300 seedlings to help restore the area. Our local forester has pledged to plant 300 trees on his own, and we are looking for a group of hardy volunteers to plant the other 1000. Come help us reforest land above Lake Cle Elum!"
