Join The Nature Conservancy and Deborah Essman, of Kittitas County Field and Stream Club and local birder, wildlife and outdoor enthusiast, in exploring the diversity of the Central Cascades forest. Learn about the native ecosystem along the Ewok trail, a gentle route up to the Cle Elum Ridge. These hikes will be between 5- 8 miles round trip, between 4-6 hours and gain roughly 1500 ft of elevation to take in the grandiose scenery of the nearby Stuart Range. Please bring water, hiking shoes, snacks, sunscreen, and layers.
