Dabob Bay Scotch Broom Pull and Trash Cleanup

Celebrate Washington Shellfish Week with us!

The Nature Conservancy maintains a Conservation Easement near Rock Point Oyster on the Hood Canal.  Each year we go out to monitor, remove weeds, and collect litter.  Dabob Bay’s Long Spit has an Easement Monitoring that needs to be conducted annually. The last 2-3 years’ monitoring has shown an increase in the Scotch Broom infestation on the spit which is getting worse.
