The Nature Conservancy is joining the March for Science on Earth Day to make a stand with scientists from all over Washington who champion robustly funded and publicly communicated science as a pillar of human freedom and prosperity.
We invite you to join us there, standing in support of scientists and their work to help us understand our environment, along with the role we all play in protecting it. Here at The Nature Conservancy in Washington, science is the driving force behind all of our work for people and nature.
In preparation for the March we invite all supporters and volunteers to join our staff in our Belltown office for a sign and banner making party.
The Conservancy will have a large logo banner to carry and matching logo buffs for our contingent to wear at the march, but this is your opportunity to express yourself and your individual message.
Basic sign-making materials will be provided, but feel free to bring your own if you have a fun idea that requires something special.
Refreshments will be served. Please RSVP below so we know how many to expect.
