Ebey's Landing is an incredible landscape, offering fantastic opportunities for hiking with panoramic views of Puget Sound and the Olympics. Use of this area has increased in recent years, particularly on the popular Bluff Trail. The Nature Conservancy manages a section of this trail that is experiencing erosion, braiding, and development of social trails which destroy native vegetation and increase erosion. This is an opportunity to help with some of the trail rehabilitation processes and could include digging and placing check steps and water bars, hauling downed logs onto portions of the trail, carrying buckets of dirt or sand, or helping with re-vegetation.
