Lincoln County, WA
In the Columbia Basin of Washington state our Magnuson Butte preserve represents the northernmost occurrence of a rare plant association of Idaho fescue and snowberry. This pristine grassland preserve is fenced to prevent unintentional degradation through trespass, and is closed to the public except by written permission. Volunteers are invited to come visit this special place and help us repair fencing and signage to maintain the integrity of the preserve boundaries.
